RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY


At VYBE Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at  management.vybestudios@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Be returned in their original condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible regular-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Sale, promotional, or discounted items are not eligible for refunds

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at  management.vybestudios@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item received

We will review the information and work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns and exchanges.

To make the process easier, VYBE Studios may assist in arranging a return pickup through our delivery partner where available. Any associated return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges, a flat exchange fee of ₹100 per order will be charged. This fee covers the cost of pickup and re-delivery through our logistics partner.

In cases where an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, VYBE Studios will arrange the return and replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
