Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on your location within Mumbai. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to track your delivery. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available for regular-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.

5. Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes, we do. We offer complimentary delivery across Mumbai. For orders outside Mumbai, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location.
